At Lotus & Conch Atelier, every piece is carefully selected and inspected before dispatch. Many of our products are handcrafted and may feature natural variations in finish, texture, tone, or detailing that contribute to their unique character.

Returns

Due to the handcrafted and fragile nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on change of mind, personal preference, minor variations in finish, color differences caused by screen settings, or incorrect product selection made at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at atelier@lotusandconch.com.

To help us process your request, please include:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the outer packaging
An unboxing video (recommended)

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Replacement Policy

Where damage or defect is verified by our team, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

Product replacement
Store credit
Refund to the original payment method

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at atelier@lotusandconch.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
Used products
Products without original packaging
Gift cards
Clearance or sale items
Products returned without prior approval

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted and individually finished. Minor variations in color, texture, patina, dimensions, and surface detailing are inherent characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
