Are your products handcrafted?

Yes. Many of our pieces are handcrafted and individually finished by skilled artisans. Minor variations in finish, texture, or detailing are natural characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship and make each piece unique.

What materials do you use?

Our collections primarily feature brass, along with carefully selected complementary materials depending on the product.

Do you offer returns?

As many of our products are handcrafted and delicate in nature, we do not offer returns for change-of-mind purchases. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly assist with a replacement request.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we currently ship across India.

Is gifting and gift packaging available?

Many of our products are thoughtfully curated for gifting. Premium packaging may be available on selected collections and gifting suites.
